Brad brings a wealth of knowledge from supporting people with Moderate to Severe and Complex Psychosocial Needs, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ABI's, At Risk Youth, and challenging behaviours.
He has worked within the youth, disability and mental health sectors and continues to look for ways to improve services to better support participants needs.
His skillset is complemented by his determination to see others succeed.
Pammy has completed an accredited Diploma of Counselling and a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance.
She is skilled and knowledgeable to work within a range of therapeutic services and uses her understanding of counselling principles, to provide a person-centred approach to support participants to identify personal barriers, construct an action plan, and work alongside participants with implementing the steps to achieve their goals.
Pammy is trained and knowledgeable of the NDIS framework and can coach participants using the her understanding and experience with person-centred, mental health recovery approach.
Pammy has a bright and bubbly personality that is captivating and a great source of motivation. She loves music, singing and dancing .

Robin has a host of qualifications including a Master of Social Work and Positive Practice in Behaviour Support. He is registered with the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW) and is a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Robin really enjoys providing hands on support to participants and utlises his skills and knowledge to support them with their capacity-building goals.
He has experience working alongside youth, people with complex mental health needs, and a broad spectrum of abilities.
Our participants would agree, that Robin is non-judgemental and respectful of all people and ethnicities, and has a strong desire to empower those that he supports.
Nikki is a highly experienced and confident Recovery Coach.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills holding several qualifications incl. Cert III in Individual Support, Cert IV in Mental Health and a Dip of Community Services and Case Management.
Nikki has worked in several roles incl. metal health/Disability support worker, Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach. Experienced with youth and adults with complex needs. She understands those living with a disability and is passionate about improving their lives.
Nikki is a happy and motiv8d soul who enjoys exploring beaches and rain forests, yoga, anything fitness, swimming and cooking.
She is patient, caring and empathically connects with all her participants to provide them the best possible outcomes.
Clara is an amazing support worker. She knows mental health like back of hand and has completed numerous courses including a Cert III In Aged Care, Cert IV in Mental Health, Cert IV in Mental Health Peer Work and a Diploma in Mental Health.
She has years of experience supporting a diverse range of people in the community and in their homes.
When she is not helping her community she enjoys, reading, exercise, music, acting, religion, politics and socialising.
Clara is a guiding source of motivation and support. She will get to know you and work alongside you to help you build your independence and assist you to walk along your path to recovery.

Yonah is a registered Exercise Physiologist with the ESSA and has over 10 years of experience supporting people to overcome physical pain, rehabilitation from injuries and integrated supports for complex dual diagnoses.
Yonah has completed a Cert III in Individual Support and also brings his experience as a Holistic Life Coach to provide supports using advanced knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology, evidence based holistic health treating methods and mindset coaching to provide a unique approach to supporting people with physical, and psychosocial disabilities of all ages.
Jessica is very passionate about helping people. She has a degree in Theology and Pastoral care and has learnt a lot about how to support people in need of all walks of life. She would absolutely love to help with any needs including companionship / social support, assistance with shopping, cleaning or any daily activities in the household or out in the community.
Jess has excellent communication skills, and is very organised, responsible, caring, patient and loving, and she will commit herself to doing the best she possibly can in everything she does.

Paul brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in helping others to succeed.
Paul is completing his Cert IV in Mental Health to up-skill his knowledge on how best to support people with Psychosocial Disability.
He has high quality communication skills, and has been a sort after Motivator for people looking to improve their physical appearance through exercise and healthy eating.
Paul loves to cook and can whip up some amazing meals that will tantalise your tastebuds.
Paul is the ideal worker for anyone looking for a down to earth worker who can motivate them to be the best that they can be.
Jordan has been a professional support worker for several years now and has years of lived experience as a person who lives with ADHD and High Functioning ASD.
Her journey of recovery through her own challenges of mental health, have driven her to pursue a career in the field as she can relate to those who she supports and is passionate about helping others to succeed in life.
Jordan is also completing a Bachelor Degree in Counselling to further up skill her abilities.
She enjoys Yoga and trying adventurous new things. She is a BIG animal lover, humourous and outgoing personality with big heart.
Darren is highly experienced and trained in supporting people with complex needs.
He has completed a Cert IV in Youth Work and trauma focused professional development to ensure he can provide understanding, compassion and high quality person centered supports to participants.
Darren has supported people in the disability, youth and, mental health sectors giving him a wide range of skills and experience.
He has a great outlook on life and enjoys working with you participants to improve their independence and capacity to achieve their goals.
Jessica is a trained psychologist and support worker, having completed a Degree of Psychology in Brazil and a Dip of Community Services in Australia. She has 4 years of hands on experience working with people to overcome and improve their mental wellbeing.
She creates a positive and supportive environment for participants and others, by encouraging joy and growth.
Jessica enjoys meeting new people, learning about their cultures and their foods, listening to music and watching her favorite sport teams.
She is skilled at mentoring participants with her therapeutic knowledge, gentle approach, and passion for assisting participants to achieve success through individual development.
Tony is an experienced support worker assisting a diverse range of people and abilities since 2019.
He has completed a Cert III in Individual Support (Aging) setting him up with the quality skills and knowledge to support participants independently and alongside other stakeholders and therapists to improve the impact of supported participant development.
Tony is a motiv8d and efficient support worker, who enjoys helping others to find solutions to achieve their goals. He has understanding of mental health conditions and supporting participants who live with dementia to maintain their well-being and safety in the community and at their homes.
